Good daily use
They taste rather like the orangeade sold to us in the 80s, which can be a good or bad thing - but they offer a wider range of nutrients to other brands. I've not noticed the widely rumoured effects upon the colour in the loo, either. Just be aware that these contain Vitamin A as well, which can be a problem in overdose, and you'll be fine. Wish that they came in some sort of berry flavour, though.

Seriously one of these each day and you really won't get a cold...it does wonders for your immune system.
